This morning i woke up at 8 something. Then i went out with my parents for breakfast in Kayu. According to my sis, she said that they serve quite a nice plate of rote canai. From what i heard, the place started as a small hawker stall but now it has 2 units. The whole place is air conditioned and the atmosphere is quite good. As my sister said, the food that they serve are quite good but as the saying goes, 一分钱一分货. It actually means u pay a higher price for a better quality.
After breakfast, we went home and dad went to work. As soon as we reached home, mum being mum, started to do the household chores. She was peeling the anchovies for me to bring over. Seeing that mum was doing it all alone, then i brought my computer down to watch it while peeling the anchovies.
To tell the truth, i didn't like doing that but i promised to help and in the end i will be using it so,
In the end i peeled it from 9 something to 1pm. After that, i went to prepare myself for the Microsoft Tech.Ed briefing in KLCC tower 2 level 29.
Then around 2 i went to the LRT station to go to KLCC. And after the briefing, i went back home. The briefing ended around 6.30pm. I called home to ask what should i do next. Mum said that i should call when i am near the house so they could come and fetch me in the LRT station.
But when i am near to my house, i called my dad's and mum's hand phone number but both of the numbers went straight to the voice mail box. When i finally got through them at the house number, I found out that mum was on the phone and dad's was downstairs.
I understand mum not being able to pick up the call as she is on the other line. But as for dad, i really have no idea why on earth does he have a hand phone when he is always engaged no matter whenever we call him ?
I am quite mad about this. But why i have no idea. I was very happy and was in a cheerful mode when i was with my friends in the briefing in KLCC. But then, when i couldn't contact my parents i don't understand why i am so angry.
